The pricing structure for making payments on the online portal has changed. As of July 31, paying via ACH will incur a fee of $2.49 per transaction, while paying via credit card will incur a fee of 3.49% of the transaction amount.

Respite Garden

 
Have you noticed the activity at the southeast curve of Reynolds Farm Lane? The barren landscape of rocks behind the mailboxes is being replaced by an inviting, handicapped-accessible Respite Garden. This will be a place of tranquility, with a shaded bench, flowers, and shrubs — a great place to wait for transportation, sit and read mail, enjoy the Rocky Mountain scenery, or just watch the pollinators breeze by. A community bulletin board will be installed next to the garden.

This refreshing oasis is primarily funded by a $6,000 grant from the Longmont Neighborhood Improvement Program, with the HOA contributing its share mostly with homeowner labor. The project is being spearheaded by Bonnie Prushnok, who has labored mightily to organize rock removal and soil distribution, as well as serving as general contractor for the project. Thanks to Bonnie and all the volunteers who have contributed their valuable labor.
