The Reynolds Farm Condominium Association Barn storage consists of 9 large and 5 small storage lockers, and 10 floor spaces for large items such as vehicles, motor homes, and trailers. Space is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Reynolds Farm Condominium Association requires a security deposit (of $150) on any rental space, locker or floor, in the barn, plus the first month’s rent. The security deposit is refundable upon termination of the lease agreement. The regulations regarding the barn usage is included in the Rules and Regulations below.
